We are a Dominican family. My husband, Eddy Guzmán is an architect and I am a Designer. Our three daughters are all artists, a filmmaker, a painter and a sculptress.  Being the nature lovers that we are, Lanza del Norte has always inspired our work and lifestyle as we are sure it will inspire you.

 

My husband and I bought this magical property back in 1986, when there were no roads or access except by horse, and coming here was a major adventure.

In 2003 we built this unique and exquisite dream house as our family retreat.  We have been enjoying it ever since and are now open to share this wonderful experience listing it as a vacation rental.
